We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to join our product development team to help us develop next generation applications with amazing user experience. As a Lead Frontend Engineer you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our web applications. You will work closely with our product team to create high-quality and user-friendly web experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Team and pipeline management
- Working together with the UI/UX designers team in the development of interfaces
- Take ownership of all frontend applications and their CI/CD pipelines
- Be responsible for maintaining and extending a Frontend architecture as similar as possible throughout all the applications
- Engineer, design and estimate solutions for new feature requests together with product team
- Reviewing designs created by designers to ensure they are functional and meet usability standards
- Participating in code reviews and testing new features to ensure they are compatible with existing features
- Coach the frontend team and elevate their technical skills
- Debug errors, troubleshoot issues and perform routine performance optimizations
- Implement unit, integration and component tests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
- Previous experience working as a frontend developer
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and frontend languages
- Experienced in using code versioning tools such as Git or equivalent
- Experience with user interface design
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
